Request Form: US Mail, Campus Mail, and Parcel Pickup Lockers

Conversation card decks are free for IU Indianapolis students, and for faculty/staff to use with their students.

Office Pickup: You don't need to use this form, walk-in pickups in Campus Center 370 (bring your CrimsonCard).

Bulk Orders: To request a large quantity, like giving a deck to everyone in your class, email hwpindy@iu.edu.
